Pilates with Iona
I'm Iona, a Level 3 Matwork Pilates teacher and Pre and Postnatal Specialist with Body Control Pilates. I am passionate about movement and the outdoors and you can usually find me out walking my dog or being interrupted by her during a live online class!
I first discovered the benefits of Pilates when I was suffering with severe back pain. The more Pilates I did, the more my pain eased. Before long, Pilates became an integral part of my weekly routine. Now, not only do I practise Pilates to avoid pain and injuries, but also to feel stronger and more mobile in my body.
I would love to be part of your Pilates journey and help you towards your goals, whether it be pain management, core strength and stability or supporting your athletic goals.
I provide both online and offline classes so there is something to suit everyone. If you can't make the live online classes but would like to practise in the comfort of your own home, why not purchase some recorded live classes? This way you can feel like you're in a live class and use the feedback given to others to help support your practice.
